It is a low-grade viscose that should be eliminated.

2. the use of polyvinyl acetate emulsion modified glue, this kind of glue is environmentally friendly adhesive, bonding strength, fast drying, is now widely used, but the price is high, also divided into high, medium and low, in general, the higher the price The greater the strength, the smaller the water content, and the high-grade packaging box generally uses such high-quality glue.

There are several common quality problems in joint mounting.

1. The product has a warp angle phenomenon. The main reason for this is that too many sheets are attached, causing the glue on the edge of the cardboard to dry and not stick. It is usually appropriate to press 20 sheets.

2. the humidity of the product is too large (especially for the flat card of the gold card). Mainly due to the poor penetration and dissipative ability of gold cardboard, and the common flat glue has a higher water content. We usually use quick-drying glue or put the product in the sun to dry.

3. The product of the tile or flat product is placed in an environment with a large air humidity for a long time and then turns yellow. Mainly because some manufacturers use water glass glue or starch glue that is too alkaline. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the products, we should use better quality flat and corrugated glue.

4. some packaging products appear delamination, mainly due to insufficient strength of the adhesive, it is recommended to use some regular manufacturers of products, so as to ensure strength, reduce humidity, increase stiffness, improve the quality and grade of packaging products.

Types and characteristics of commonly used adhesives

1. 810 paper / plastic hand sealing adhesive

The product has good brushing performance, fast drying speed, flexible film, good adhesion to the laminating surface or glazing surface, high bonding strength, good cold and heat resistance, no cracking of the product, and the film is not brittle. . It is mainly used for the bonding of the edge and the bottom of products such as paper products, laminating and calendering. Can be used for hand or machine coating.

2. 812 plastic / plastic sealing glue

This product is a solvent-based product, the film is flexible, the initial adhesion speed is fast, the adhesion to the laminating surface or the glazing surface is good, the bonding strength is large, the cold and heat resistance is good, the product does not burst, and the film is not brittle. It is mainly used for the bonding of the side seam and the bottom of the products of paper products, laminating, glazing and the like, and the bonding of the film/film. Suitable for hand brushing and high bonding requirements.

3. 813 plastic / plastic sealing glue

This product is a solvent-based product with fast initial adhesion speed, good adhesion to laminated or glazed surface, good resistance to cold and heat, no cracking of the product, no brittle film, mainly used for paper products, laminating , the bonding of the side seam and the bottom of the product such as glazing, and the bonding of the film/film, which are suitable for the manual painting and the bonding of the general requirements.

4. 814 environmentally friendly plastic / plastic viscose

This product is environmentally friendly adhesive, non-toxic and non-corrosive, fast initial adhesion speed, high bonding strength, good resistance to cold and heat, and the product does not burst, the film is not brittle. It is mainly used for the bonding of the edge seam and the bottom of paper products, laminating, glazing, etc. It can also be used for the bonding of double-layer lamination. Suitable for hand brushing.

5. 815 paper / plastic machine adhesive sealing glue

The product film is flexible, quick in initial tack, high in bonding strength, good in brushing property, good in adhesion to laminated film and glazing surface, good in cold and heat resistance, and the product does not burst, and the film is not brittle. It can be bonded at high speed on the automatic sealing machine, and can be pressed for half an hour by hand bonding. It is mainly used for the bonding of the edge seam and the bottom of products such as paper products, laminating and glazing. It is suitable for hand or machine coating, and is mainly used for machine coating and high bonding.

The product film is flexible, has good wettability to BOPP or PE film, has good ink-removing effect, and has no color change reaction with gold ink, and the product has good solvent resistance and indentation resistance. It is suitable for the combination of various types of gold cardboard and BOPP film.

9. 901 solvent type laminating adhesive

The film is flexible, has good wettability to BOPP, PE and PET film, and has good ink-removing effect. It has no color change reaction with gold ink, and the product has good solvent resistance and indentation resistance. Mainly used for the combination of BOPP, PE, PET film and printing paperboard and general gold cardboard.

10. A-2 solvent type laminating adhesive

The film is flexible, has good wettability to BOPP, PE and PET film, and has good ink-removing effect. It has no color change reaction with gold ink, and the product has good solvent resistance and indentation resistance. Mainly used for the combination of BOPP, PE, PET film and printing paperboard and general gold cardboard.

11. 902 water-soluble laminating adhesive

This product is non-toxic and non-corrosive, the film is flexible, it has good wettability to BOPP or PE film, good ink-removing effect and good brightness. It has no color change reaction with gold ink, and the product has good solvent resistance and pressure resistance. It is mainly used for the composite of BOPP and PE with strong water absorption such as offset paper, and is suitable for solvent laminating machine and water-based laminating machine.

12. 903 aluminum foil composite special glue

The product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, strong in polarity, large in molecular weight, and has strong bonding strength between cardboard and aluminum foil, and is mainly used for bonding between cardboard and aluminum foil on the laminating machine.

13. 904 single component composite adhesive

The product film is flexible, and has good wettability to BOPP or PE film and high bonding strength. Stable storage, mainly used for interlayer bonding of BOPP and PE, polyester aluminized film and PE, and BOPP pearl film and PE.

14. 610 paper fast-drying adhesive

This product has good initial adhesion and bonding strength, fast curing at room temperature, good film formation, low humidity and high stiffness. It is especially suitable for high-end and high-end color box flat stickers, color box corrugated automatic machine or hand-faced bonding.

15. 612PVC adhesive?

This product has the characteristics of fast bonding speed, high bonding strength, resistance to water, acid and alkali, and mildew. It is suitable for bonding PVC/Cardboard, PVC/MDF, etc. It can also be used for bonding of color window window stickers and the like.

16. 614 environmentally friendly strong adhesive (waterborne)

This product is non-toxic and has no odor, no environmental pollution, high strength and fast curing. It is mainly suitable for the edge bonding of food products and other products with high environmental protection requirements, as well as the cigarette holder paper, joints and seams of cigarettes.

17. color box special glue?
